This spacious, elegantly proportioned project features made-to-measure kitchen furniture and a bespoke metal-framed dresser with fluted glass shelves set against a single slab of natural stone – as statement backsplash that reflects both the loft and the light of this generous space.

An open plan kitchen and dining area links inside with outside. Clean lines and clearly defined spatial planning provide a frame in which colour tones and surface choices add subtle layers of interest without interfering with a sense of volume, flow, or calm.
A flush-mounted venting hob on the island sits almost invisibly in place, providing an unobtrusive, sociable and quietly efficient cooking space, and a double faced pantry/breakfast cupboard serves the dining area without disrupting the main cooking zone. The fridges, freezers and ovens are neatly stored away in a classically designed bank of tall units marked out in a dignified dark olive green. Satin brass detailing for handles, hinges, lighting and counter stools complements and contrasts with black metal features in the dresser, the taps and the door frames.
A generous principal bathroom suite embraces the same design philosophy as the living space – combining simplicity with striking materiality. Handmade, hexagonal, hydraulically pressed cement tiles – in petal pink with a brass inlay – form the decorative backdrop to a large walk-in shower. A matt-white freestanding bath provides a luxurious soaking tub. Mixed brass finishes are used for the taps, hinges and accessories to contrast with matt-black lighting, radiators and mirrors.
