A bathroom project for a happy returning customer with a brief to keep things simply elegant.
A bathroom project for a happy returning customer with a brief to keep things simply elegant.
The focal point for this bathroom is a panel of floor to ceiling marble that provides a backdrop for the free-standing bath. Fluted wall panels with integrated dimmable lights flank this central panel and help set a relaxing mood. Marble from the same slab clads a bespoke REXA vanity whose moulded basin mirrors the curves of the bathtub, the wrap-around decorative light fittings and the circular shape of the oversized mirror and the water controls. Solid steel, Italian designed, soft gold-toned swan neck spouts provide a final touch of elegant functionality to the water delivery.
MicroCement applied to walls, ceiling and floor, adds a seamless soft-textured, waterproof finish that belies the hardcore strength and durability inherent to its material composition.
Bespoke full height wardrobes in the bedroom make full use of the space available, with internals designed for clothes and shoes and with additional space on top for storing items not needed on a day-to-day basis. A bespoke matching dressing table includes two pull out drawers for easy access to everyday essentials. Electrical sockets are positioned below, out of sight but easily at hand for styling tools – and an illuminated mirror ensures ideal light for pampering regardless of externally prevailing light conditions.
Custom made bedside tables have marble tops that match the marble in the bathroom.
